I've had one of those non-stop days today with work and family. Its 8:40 pm and I'm only just sitting down to my updates. I'm feeling really tired!. All good though, I got a chance to listen to some Paramaecium in the car today and I really enjoyed that. It takes me back to the early days of the band when we used to listen to that stuff all the time. 

I'm going to keep it brief today because I'm exhausted. I hope you're having a great day and I'll catch you again tomorrow.
