Another super busy day at work, so not much to report. I've been doing heaps of pretty intense running training lately so I'm pretty exhausted most of the time! I take my running very seriously if you didn't already know. I haven't even had a chance to practice yet today, but I'm getting the guitar out as soon as I've posted this update.

It looks as though we will have a photoshoot this Saturday for the next album. I'm pretty excited to get the whole gang together in one place - it will be great fun. I'll let you know how it goes...
