I got a good opportunity to work on the arrangement for "The Ruskin Arms" today, one of my current batch of songs. I've worked out the structure of the riffs and where all the lyrics will go. It's always good to get a demo to that point. Generally speaking, my arrangements don't change much after I've initially worked them out. Once I have a song structure I'm happy with, I rarely find myself messing around with it. After all, its just heavy metal!

I'm about to do some practice and then get an early night. I've had a hard couple of running sessions the last two days and I'm exhausted. You'll hear from me again tomorrow.
