Hard rock, heavy metal and thrash influences

I was recently reading a review of "The Fight Goes On" and it commented how we combine rock and thrash influences. I was thinking about that and I've concluded it makes total sense. I have always loved hard rock as well as heavy metal. My favourite band as a teenager was Kiss, and I'm still a huge fan. I have every Kiss album on vinyl, and I mean every album. I even have stuff like Sonic Boom, Monster and Kiss Symphony on vinyl. As well as Kiss, I'm a big Megadeth fan. I'm also heavily into Van Halen  and Def Leppard but I love Iron Maiden and Judas Priest as well. I own every studio album by Deep Purple but I have a huge number of 80s and 90s thrash albums. What I'm trying to say is I'm just as much of a hard rock fan as I am a heavy metal and thrash fan. So it doesn't surprise me in the slightest that our music has influences from hard rock all the way up to thrash. In truth, it's not something I even consider when I'm putting together albums. We just pick the next 8 or 10 songs we have ready to go. Some have rock influences while some have metal and thrash influences. I'm not claiming it is anything special, it is simply what happens when we do a Grave Forsaken album.

Anyway, enough of that from me! I hope you're great and I genuinely appreciate you stopping by. I have no idea how many people read the posts, so maybe drop me an email at graveforsaken@graveforsaken.com and let me know if you're enjoying them. I would actually be stoked to hear from you.

God Bless and Rock On!
