We decided the debut gig from the new lineup should be something special. We had a friend at church who had worked with pyrotechnics so we got the idea to have some fireworks at the show. We had organised for several youth groups to come to the show plus we had an opening band arranged. We had put flyers out locally advertising the gig and we were expecting a decent sized crowd. It turned out to be one of the best gigs we ever played.
