Elias knew a guy called Tim Steadman who played drums. Elias told us that Tim was a Christian who was into metal. I remember wondering how I had never come across this guy over the years. Elias asked if he should invite Tim to rehearsal and we all said "why not". So one night we rock up and there's this guy in a Mortification shirt! I couldn't believe it. We plugged in and Tim played along really well. I literally could not believe that this drummer with the same musical taste had come into the picture. As was the case with Elias, I immediately connected with Tim. I could sense we would form a lasting friendship. I wasn't wrong about that, he remains one of my best friends to this day.

So just like that we had a replacement for Luke who was totally into what we were doing. I couldn't believe the blessing upon the band.
