Elias, Matt and myself got stuck right into recording all the guitar parts for the third album. By this time, we were all pretty sure that "This Day Forth" would be the title track. It was quite a catchy track and it had that sort of title track vibe about it. The album was more thrash influenced than the first two, and we were very much responding to feedback we had received. It was a deliberate push in that direction. Elias was listening to quite a bit of early 90s thrash and death metal to get inspiration for the solos. It was a very positive vibe at the time and we loved every minute of it.
