Gettng the album onto CD

The next challenge was getting our raw audio files onto CD. I had no idea how to do that back in 2000, so I called on former Sanctified member Scott Napier to help out. He was a computer wiz and had helped us a lot over the years. He recorded the minidisc audio into his computer and then used software to balance the master levels. I had no idea what he was doing at the time but thinking back I understand the process. He was basically mastering the tracks. We then physically sat there while he burnt 50 copies onto CD-R. The whole process took several hours and we were working late into the night. I was still unsure about the audio quality but I was determined to get the album out. I'm glad I did, because each time you record an album you try to improve on what you did before. In a nutshell, anything is better than nothing.
