Getting an organising group together

Once I had made the decision to get Mortification over I knew I would need a team to make it all happen. I had never done anything on this scale so I was starting basically from scratch. My wife Kristy was willing to help so we formed the basic team. We also had Steve Mullen, James "Mosher" Clarke and Matt Skipworth involved. Steve did a huge amount of work, and more of those stories will come out further down the track. James and Matt also made strong contributions to the project as well. it was a team effort to get it all up and running. The 5 of us started meeting regularly at my house to organise all the details. It was a massive amount of work but I'm glad we did it.
