It wasn't long before my discussions with Steve about releasing the album on Rowe became a formal offer. This occurred around towards the end of August 2006. Steve had the idea that we could get the album manufactured in time for our appearance at Blackstump roughly one month later. This ended up being an excellent suggestion because it gave us the impetus we needed to complete the album. The process had been going on for nearly a year by that point and I was very keen to finish. I still had a few vocals to record and the album needed to be mixed and mastered. There was a bit of pressure on to meet the new deadline but like I say, I was happy to be on a schedule.
