Blackstump 2007 was all set to go. Thanks to the help of Matt Brown, we secured a slot on the Saturday night with a bunch of other metal bands. Also scheduled to play were Fearscape, Mortification and Teramaze. It was an exciting lineup and I was really looking forward to it. It was also arranged that our fellow Perth band Scourged Flesh would be along for the trip. That was very exciting because we had formed a close friendship with those guys and we couldn't wait to share the experience with them. Although a lot of planning was required, we were all really excited about the trip.
