Once we had done Tim's vocals, the album was basically done. All that was left now was the mixing and mastering. We had only released "Destined For Ascension" a few months earlier, so there was no immediate rush to get the album out. I've always loved recording, so I started thinking about the next album almost straight away. But for the time being, things did slow a little. Dave was playing with Mortification at the time so that took some of his attention and we didn't have many shows lined up at the time. It was a good chance to take a bit of a breather.
