The Saltbush weekend ended up being a lot of fun. It was great to play our show early, win the contest and then be able to relax and enjoy the weekend. Matt and I stayed the whole weekend, camped out in the camping ground and generally had a great time. We just really enjoyed ourselves, chatting to people, and generally just enjoying the atmosphere. It was so relaxing and fun that I didn't really want to leave on the Sunday. It was overall a great experience and we felt very upbeat about the future of the band.
