We decided to change the name and started going through options. For a few weeks we had settled on Krisis. I'm not sure exactly why we chose that, it was my idea, but I'm glad we ditched it. At the time I thought it was cool, but not anymore! We eventually settled on the name Katara. Our understaning of the word was that it meant "curse". As sinners we are under the curse of death, however Christ died to spare us from the curse. So to us the name represented the curse that we had been saved from. We were quite happy with the name and we used it for a number of years.
