I got further along with "Calm In The Storm" today. I basically got it to the point where I'm ready to add start recording guitar. I have to do some work on one more track and then I'll get stuck into recording guitar on all the tracks. I've been happy with the sure and steady pace of this solo project. Funnily enough though, it doesn't really feel all that different to working on a Grave Forsaken project. What really sets it apart is that I'm doing all the recording here at my house. Usually I just record demo tracks here and then record the albums elsewhere. Regular readers will know I've said that musically this album is much simpler than the last few Grave Forsaken albums. Still, it feels like whatever I record still inevitably sounds a certain way!
